Atlantis Insurance in Bradenton is an all lines, independent agency and offers Home insurance through many carriers. They shop for you ...and yes, you can get Sinkhole in Fishhawk, but it requires a geo survey and for an additional premium, but not that bad for the homes they have written in Fishhawk. Mold is included at a sub limit on most policies and can be increased with some carriers. Good questions.
