I've been installing fences for 20 plus years I worked for eastern shore porch and patio , I recommend vinyl and not the bracket type you want routed posts, wood is your cheapest route, but you will have to stain/ paint to preserve it , if you need someone to install it I'm your guy my price can't be matched or the quality you can reach me on here or my cell 302-604-0140
