Hire a trapper or go to Tractor Supply and buy a trap (less than $30). Bait it with some delicious stinky wet cat food and/or some sweets. Set the trap, play the waiting game, check the trap, when you get the critter, release in a galaxy far far away. You don't suppose to release them in state or local parks, but if you don't ask for permission, chances are, you will just have to apologize. http://www.havahart.com/raccoon-baits#baits
