We have used Pest Masters. They used chrysanthemum (sp?) gas - natural - to get in under our siding when yellow jackets were getting into our house (I also bet that's what you have). Great experience with them.

Wait until dusk and spray some silica gel powder under the siding like Billy the Exterminator....LOL It does actually work. Silica Gel is a dessicant and they literally drop like flies.
