There's a big difference between a guy who can build blog websites, flashy as they may be, and someone who can actually code from scratch. App Development is no different. As HT Kim said above, if you need something that's fairly direct, go for someone who can give you the flashy graphics too. Otherwise, you want to go for someone who can do complex backends, and maybe they can do graphics, or maybe you split that out. Sean, if you need complex backend stuff, talk to me. The harder, the better. If I can't do it, I can help you narrow down the candidates.
