It seems there are a lot of very good local instructors out there but I will comment as my 17 yr old Daughter passed with Colin Bale last week (first time) she has five friends all passed with Colin first time over the past few months!! He is exceptional!! He is based in Llantwit and my Daughter is at Cowbridge Comprehensive. Hope this info helps!!
