Hello John My husband had seven back surgery. There was nothing that he did not try . To have help with the pain. After each back surgery, he felt better for awhile,but never was he without some kind of back pain. You may need to just keep trying different things. To find what works for you. That is what my husband did. And took pain medication, and medicine to sleep. If you want some one to talk with. Call me 704 774-0766
