I used to go see John Smallwood. I haven't seen him since just after Kaitlyn was born, but he worked wonders. He used to be a triathlete and specializes in sports physio. Last time I saw him he was out at Synergy Centre in Hyde Park.

I've had nine stress fractures. Naturopathic medicine did a world of good for speeding up the healing process, have not had one since 2007.
