Cliff's Barber Shop at Tropicana & Pecos. Best cut I ever received from old-time Barbers. Place is set up like the wild west, even has the swinging saloon doors as you enter. It is like walking into you Great-Grandfathers attic.

Jan (male) at Hair Today. Call for an appointment, you won't get him without one. He's been in Vegas like 40 years. $14 or $16, I don't remember since I have always given him a $20. He takes a full 1/2 hour, razor at the neck and sideburns. He has trimmed my eyebrows before but I've never had an issue with ear hair. https://www.yelp.com/biz/hair-today-las-vegas

Hirollers near old vegas has given me good cuts for the past year. I've seen dudes get eyebrow stuff and they advertise neck/beard shaving. While I've never seen them do ear hair stuff I'm pretty sure they wouldn't mind. http://www.hirollersbarbershop.com/

I've never been, but there's a place on Water st. on Henderson that always seems to have a line out the door on the weekend in the morning when we drive by to go to breakfast at the Rainbow Casino down the street. It's got an old school hipster look to it. I'm not sure if that means it's good or not but if I were a guy I'd give it a try.

Kast Iron barber shop on eastern just south of flamingo intersection. I get cut by Hando, he's not bad with a straight razor. Not sure about the other guys there but I've never seen anyone walk out with a messed up haircut

I hate the barbers in this town. They are soooo slooooooow. No hustle at all. Not professional. Act like they are doing you a favor. 45 minutes for a hair cut and a 15 minute smoke break. THE CUSTOMER IS IN THE CHAIR WHY ARE YOU WALKING AWAY TO CHAT OR SMOKE? It's like they don't even care about money. "Did you make an appointment? No?" Stink face. I tell you the guys at razorbacks in Long Beach could come out and clean house. They are professional and not bros masquerading as old school barbers. Since moving out here from Long Beach in June I haven't found a barber that you are asking about, I have been very satisfied with the ladies at sports clips. Little or no wait and in an out fast.
