I use and recommend highly Brad Scott of Scottconstuctiononline.com (to see his stuff). He's done my neighbor's bathroom addition and build a 65 foot long fence for us. I'm sure he'd bid it for free!

I can vouch for Seneca Development. The office is in Los Alamitos. They have done work in Wrigley as well as other Long Beach areas and beyond. Estimates are always free. The office phone is 562-795-0205 and the contractor, Ivan Anderson, can be reached on his cell 310-619-6760. Fully licensed and insured. How do I know? He is my son and I am his office manager.
