Bellflower Lock Services (800--992-2321) has 24-hour emergency services, but I don't know what they charge. Do NOT call Green Locksmith; they are breathtakingly expensive and did a terrible job for me. I had to call Los Alamitos Lock Service (562-441-4702) to really repair my lock; they did a good job but I don't know if they do after-hours work.
