if you don't mind over the counter human medication I know this works . ., growing up we had a mini who got car sick...Gravol is indeed considered safe to use in dogs, usually at a dose of 1/2 of a 25 mg tablet for smaller dogs, up to 25 mg for larger dogs, every 12-24 hours as needed for nausea.
