Holiday Inn in Sturgeon Falls was there for 50 years they where not part of the chain of Holiday Inns. My friend Gord Black as a duo in Ottawa with Denis Lajeunesse and as been using the name Blacksmith for 20 years and now they see a band coming to Ottawa called Blacksmith, who is right who stole from who, the question is who registered the name first, most band don't register their names. This is a common thing happening all the time. When it's in the same city, or same province could cause a problem but I doubt I' m gonna book in LA or USA and I doubt they will come to Ontario. I'm not concern that they are using my name and I'm sure they are not concern about me. If they are they will have to prove they registered there name in Canada before me. I've checked and they are not registered to do business in Canada. Papillon Entertainment is owned by Raymond Girard. My website will be Papillon Entertainment.ca. I have an Ontario registration to operate under Papillon Entertainment. Until the government of Ontario tell me I cannot then I will operate under the legal name of Papillon Entertainment.

I started in the music business in 1965 in Cache Bay with a band called Armadillo with Gilles Poirier, Trevor Alcock, Yvon Duhaine and today 50 years later i'm still in the music business producing shows and helping other bands to understand how to market themselves. The Market for Entertainment is always in an evolution. If you don't change with time you end up playing in your basement. You don't play for yourself your playing for the audience. I always believe that the most impotant thing in the music business is a good sound. So make sure when you perform live, on tape, on the internet, on cd and video that you are happy with your sound. If it don't sound good to your ears it won't sound good to others. I have over 250,000 who listened to my songs on you tube and I like my sound. I had a number #1 hit with J'ai Du Boogie https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7 cue9BNAy5Mie what do you think of the sound in this song I want your opinions
