They're all around you. Go to independent restaurants near you and talk to the owner or manager. I bet most of them have cooks and chefs who would like a little work on the side.

You could try something like https://www.blueapron.com not sure what they have to meet your requirements but I've tried a few of their meals and they are very straight forward and come with the exact ingredients you'll need per meal.

Hey I'd be willing to do that. If you're interested pm me.

There's a meal prep place that caters to DIY, but they also provide assembly of the meals. Prep is typically oven items, slow cooker, or quick stir frying. [lets dish](https://www.letsdish.com/). They even do doorstep delivery. There are other franchises that do this same service, hopefully this is helpful on your search.

There's a lot of meal prep companies espicially if you live in a big city. But also if you live in a college town/big town you can commission your favorite restaurant to make food for you daily at a reduced price.

This is a service I've always wanted to provide, actually! I spend a lot of time going to friends' houses and cooking meals for them, especially when they are pregnant or ill. Everyone says I missed my calling as a chef...LOL! If there is a service like that, I want to work there! If you live in GA send me a private message and maybe we can work something out.

You could look for a health coach that specializes in whole foods cooking, working with them they may be able to help your stomach condition. I live in Austin and this is what I do.

Try Soylent. It is a complete meal replacement. I have been using for a couple of months and the convenience is wonderful. You quickly get used to the taste and texture. I actually like it. You can use it to replace all your meals or pick and choose when it is most convenient for you. https://www.soylent.com/

Where do you live? There are a million awesome meal delivery services in the Bay Area where I live and in many other cities. Examples include Munchery, Blue Apron, DoorDash, and GrubHub.

Home health aides are suprisingly affordable and can cook for you.

if you don't have particular dietary needs then you can look into places that cook healthy meals. the ones i've seen partner with gyms so there will be a fridge at the front of the gym and you just grab your bag once or twice a week. [here's an example](http://diettogo.com/).

I'd go to the subreddit for your city and ask if anyone there knows of a service or a chef. :)

I would just post what you are looking for on craigslist in the employment section. There are probably lots of people who could do this for you on a non-professional basis for a little extra money.
