Super 'B' Mechanical has been my go to for my home, I called them on a Saturday as I was outside and heard my unit making an odd noise and what looked like smoke or steam.. He called back within 20 min and said it was just in defrost mode, said most home owners never see their unit go into defrost so when they so they tend to think something is wrong. He saved me from an unnecessary Saturday trip charge. He's come in more competitive than anyone else I've used and has always been very honest. Recently he had to come out to change a damper, and said my other one while not bad will need replacing in the future. Gave me a quote to add that one onto the existing work and a quote to come out if/when that one failed, and let me make my decision. No pressure honest and competitively priced local HVAC guy.
