Had friends calling me to see if I knew anyone yesterday. You'll need to call a tree service. You need a bucket to get up there to get the cat. I had a friend who had a tree up in a tree last year. She called Big Oak Tree service and they came out and got her cat out. As soon as the cat was in the bucket she jumped. She was easily 80 feet up. She was okay when they got their hands on her after she hit the ground and took off running. There is a cat in a tree rescue online, but none of the tree guys listed are local and won't come this far out from Raleigh. Good luck.
