I think the "Customer service" concept is lost on Many.. That salesperson should be fired ! He would be if he was working for me and talked to my customers that way.. His attitude could possibly be from lack of food since im sure most of them work on commission and he clearly must not make alot of sales..lol Glad you were able to find a salesman that knows how to treat customers. Thats how you earn repeat customers!
