The Jewel Box inside Mid City Mall. All they sell is antique/vintage jewelry, so even if they don't do appraisals there I'm sure they could refer you to someone. And their customer service is amazing.

When I lived in Louisville long ago I know that Louisville Numismatic dealt in estate jewelry, and judging by their website they still do. Don't know if they appraise or not, but they might be worth a call. I also know that Gumer & Co. does jewelry appraisals. Louisville Numismatic is downtown (or was), and Gumer is out on Hurstbourne.

It's called Valley Masonic Lodge. There aren't really any local jewelry stores that sell Masonic items. You may get lucky at a pawn shop or a flea market. Most of the stuff is purchased online.
