The sleep center at Audubon Hospital will give you one to do at home then take it all back the next day and they’ll plug it all into the computer and call you with the results. It’s very easy to do. The dr explained it all. If you have to get up to use the restroom, you unplug it and keeps a notebook and the times you wasn’t hooked up.
