Im looking for any tips/secrets to keep our paleo/whole30 grocery bills down, particularly for cutting costs on good quality meat (if that's possible!)...thanks!

Hi Janna! The farm is the Clark Family Farm and their # is 937-308-4417. An 1/8 th of a cow is about 75# I think. Yep, the websites localharvest and eatwild are great places to search for all the farms in the area. Good luck!

Sarah Dooley, yes I would like that info if you don't mind. I'm not good at measuring in cow, but there are two of us, so would you say 1/8 is a good amount? We don't have a separate freezer for storage.

LocalHarvest.org has lists of CSA, farmers markets & farmers that sell direct. I have found alot of the farmers I buy from on that site.

Stitch Family Farms .. ive sent them towards this group, but find them on Facebook. All beef and pork is local grown and slaughtered. It's the same meat they feed their family.
