Ours was designed by Charlotte at Dream Kitchens in Nashua. It has been almost 2 years and I still love being in it every day. The work was done by Dave and his work was excellent. Not the cheapest, but worth every penny.

Campanelli Ranches are the ones built on slabs (Old Stage, The Farms). The original plan for Princess Ave (plan book 87, plan 135) shows Chester Whitney as the land owner. I traced one of the deeds from Princess Ave back and found Whitney sold the land to Atlantic Construction Inc from Melrose. (Book1483 Page422).
