I like Jen Opiola at the Lowell fransiscan clinic. Really listens to you and is in top of things from what I have seen of her. I switched to her about a yr ago.

I love Dr. Rhea Martin! She is out of St. Anthonys. She's very nice & her and her staff make you feel comfortable. I recommend her to everyone

I go to Constintina Tucker. She is in schererville on 30 across from the RV sales lot. I love her. She really took time and was extremely knowledgeable. Everything she ran on me test wise, she took the time to explain to me why it was needed. I really liked her.

We see Dr. Mullally in crown point. I see Lisa the wife and Mark sees Tim the husband. They also have a nurse practitioner that is good too. She always sits down and takes her time with us and gives us recommendations instead of just their way or no way. We really like them!

My first appointment was just a consult and well visit check up and we talked for 45 minutes! My husband went in for his first appointment and he spent 25 minutes with us. (My medical issues far outweigh my husbands so I needed more time, but he gave it willingly)

Tammy, my mom had arthritis & Lupus, she swore by Dr. Dreyfus in Munster. When they changed her insurance provider Dr Dreyfus was no longer on the list of preferred physicians. She went down hill after switching doctors.

Dr. Karen Kovalow-St. John, that's her whole name she's at lakeshore bone and joint in valpo. She's great she caught my illness after being misdiagnosed by different rhumatalogist elsewhere. She's very thorough it will probably take 3 months to get in just like any new specialist so I recommend making appointment soon. 219-921-1444. I only see her in valpo but I believe she goes to another office as well. Good luck.

Personally, I don't trust many doctors in this area. I am not sure what type of insurance you have, but Dr. Zavala, at Rush is an awesome primary doctor. There is also a cardiologist, Dr. eybel at rush who is outstanding. Some may say it is too far to travel, but I have found I spend less time going there. 7:30 am appt with Dr. zavala and home by 9 am! Good luck (And, am I the only one tired of hearing/reading people blaming everythin in Obama? Geez)

Dr. Jon Misch....Cedar Lake, Connected with Munster Community Hospita....we switched to him when our doctor left the area..he's pretty good as well.It should not take too long to get initial appointment...we did not have to wait longer than about a week and half (it was not an emergency status)

Dr Lucena or Dr Zato out at Franciscan on 231 right off I65 both excellent. Like that neither of them bring the computers in with them and focus directly on the patients,which a lot of physicians don't do anymore. Physicians are to focused on the computer and not the patients they serve. I've also heard good things about Dr. Carlson and Dr Misch in Cedar Lake.

on the Lowell/Cedar Lake Road, Morse Street just about 5 minutes out of Lowell is Dr. Jon Misch, he is connected with Community Hospital...he is our family doctor....good man ....they also have a nurse practioner and have ability to do lab work there as well....my husband and I like him and his staff...they also have early appts for working folks.

There is a very good podiatrist right here in Lowell on Commercial Ave...where Dr. Hile was located.....check it .....I just began going to the podiatrist there...I have had 3 foot surgeries over the years, NONE of them done by the doctor here in Lowell...2 bad outcome and so I am being VERY selective and cautious about who does what.....I would suggest at least a consultation locally if you want to stay in Lowell....and I do recognize one of the facilities that have been mentioned quite a bit of times here ........be selective

Dr. Bayer is an orthopedic surgeon she is amazing though. I tore my ACL and she did my surgery and I recovered really fast. I then recommended her to half my family. She did my dad's rotator cuff surgery, my mom's carpel tunnel surgery. She is amazing and very thorough.

I would never ever send my dying dog to friendly foot care. They suck. I have lots of harsh words I could use but will not. And make sure you take out a small loan to go there. You have to pay all up front. Dr. Jones. Love him. He is so much better than friendly foot care.

Pat yes I have been going to Dr reah and Dr Hussy for about 3 years now, and I love them both. She Is probably in her late fourtys or so and yes they both speak English. Yea they take medicare and Medicaid

Dr Sandra Marcotte-probably in her 30's and American. She is at Marcotte Medical in Dyer. If you know where shoe corner is, she is not far from there. It takes about 20 minutes to get there from Lowell. There are several Dr Marcottes there, all related.

Dr. Best in Crown Point came highly recommended to me from a doctor and a nurse!
