We drove a friend to Dr Carta to have a tooth pulled a week ago. We were in the waiting room for maybe an hour....EVERY one of his patients that came through while we were there said he was wonderful and some said they had tried other dentists prior!

150 N. Main St., it's a clinic that takes most insurances and if you dont have insurance, sliding scale. Dr. K. is really great. There is another Dentist too, I just cant remember his name.

Manchester Family Dental quoted me a fee which we paid for in advance, then I got a bill for several hundred more, which we paid. Always get a quote in writing. We will be getting another dentist Thanks all for the input.

Dr. Grillo is awesome. I moved out of town for a while and my new dentist commented on my dental work and sais several times that it was excellent work. I would go there again in a heartbeat if he took our insurance.

I go to Dr Grilli, right over the Manchester / S. Windsor border. They ere in the CT magazine as best in CT. Been going there for about 20 years. Dr Grilli Sr has retired, but his son has taken on the business. Both are VERY good.

Stay away from both of those butcher shops. I bring my daughter and myself to Buckland Hills Dental at the mall. Couldn't be happier.

Buckland Hills Dental in the mall. I don't have dental insurance and a cleaning is either $60 or $80 now and X-rays are $100, and a tooth removal is $150 (from experience). They're good there too.
