After a car accident, I started seeing Dr Kumbalek. He saved my life, because I could not have lived with the constant pain I was in. I had whiplash that caused a pinched nerve in my neck. Few weeks with him, all better:). And that was 20 years ago.

you might try a massage therapist. When Mary had muscle pain in her back she tried both Chiropractic and Massage Therapy and found that the massage gave the relief from pain she needed.

G/f whenever you see a Dr ask them for Voltaren Gel... It is an old pain pill in gel form...........the patent ran out so it is cheaper now and most insurances cover it........slap it on and you will not feel pain in about 30 minutes or less. OTC Myoflex is the best........give it a try you will be amazed. Arthur likes to kick our butts.......or in your case wrist lol
