I hate Geico because the multiple employees from one of their call centers would come to The Olive Garden I worked at and ALWAYS complain so they could get free food. This wasn't just a couple bad apples, it was all of them. Because of that experience, I would never choose Geico. If their employees behave that poorly, then I expect them to be the same. Anyway, have you talked to your insurance about the issue? They will usually do the dirty work when the other company is screwing you around. Also, I think you should get a lawyer involved since you were injured. Luckily when I was in an accident last year I wasn't injured, but I got screwed on a few costs, so next time it happens, I'm not going to be the nice guy. http://www.frenkelfirm.com/
