Hi Justin. Sam and Ryan at Knotty Boys Construction recently finished our main floor. We started with just wanting to fix a leak at the back where they replaced our subfloor, and added a storm door, and we ended up deciding it would look best for one floor type throughout. They installed vinyl plank flooring for us and we are happy to refer them. We have them coming back to do the toe kicks and bathroom floor too.

I would avoid Woodopolis as well. Canadian Carpet and Tile did an excellent job of my laminate flooring. We did our entire house in Beaulieu laminate. It is tough flooring and is still in perfect condition even with my 3 kids and 3 dogs. We have had leaks too and it's been totally fine. The installer's name was Istvan and he did a perfect job. I second AK Designer for the product, much better quality than the Chinese crap, although they do carry that as option. When you're there, ask her for Darryl's number to do install, he's fantastic, did amazing job on ours!

Good evening. Included would be a commercial grade vinyl plank. Material is phalafate free (PVC) and low maintenance since a no wax flooring. This is not a big box store material, we use these products in care homes, daycares due to it being a non toxic flooring. 16 current colors. Adhesives are Zero V.O.C. Minor floor preparation and doorway transitions included if needed. 1 year labour warranty. Regardless of who you decide to use have the toilets removed for the flooring install.
