I’ve known and Scott Charlton for years - he built one of our houses too. He is a good builder. But if we were going to hire someone to build a house now (we won’t because we do it on our own now) I would hire Frank & Karen Knittel of BenCraft homes. They are amazing. They did the show Home up on Grant Hill for the children’s lottery.
