It sort of depends on your style and what you're looking for. I recently got one done by Christina at Black Rabbit Tattoo. She was super nice, and did an amazing job. I'd would take everyone's suggestions and took at the artists work. See what matches best what your looking for and book a consultation. I found a lot of artists close their books periodically because they're so busy so patience also plays a factor! Good luck!
