We've just started going to Believe yoga near The Brick in Pitt Meadows. Lovely studio and the lady who runs it is very nice. They do an introductory class on Sundays, and your first class after that is free.

Anyone go to oxygen yoga in Maple Ridge? If so looking for class recommendations I'd Iike to start going soon ...I'm not good at yoga lol but want to get fit!
Judith B. replied:
If you live in the Albion area and want to get fit, I highly recommend Carrie Ford Fitness. Carrie offers a boot camp class- either 5:45-6:45 AM or 9-10 AM. She has a Facebook page, so check it out, and tell her I sent you! I've been doing it for almost a year, and have had to buy new clothes because my old ones are too big!
