We're using One Good Dog in Black Diamond for the 3 week boot camp for our 4 month old labradoodle. Great reviews and Gina was awesome. They also do in-home private lessons. https://www.onegooddog.org/pl-location

We used Positive Approach in Tacoma and they are amazing!! We did their in home private lessons (you pay for travel time) and the puppy classes at their location. Fantastic and we now have a well behaved golden retriever:)

Gina Johnson, one good dog in black diamond. Comes to your home. She did our doodle and she is awesome. Our doodle will do anything for her! He goes into a spin at the sound of her voice, I think because she offers good training treats. Give her a call, you won't regret it.

Nobody better than Got Sit!! www.gotsitdogtraining.comHillary Ermish is the trainer in this area I believe. Give my name as a referral. My dogs are Hank and Hunter. Do not let the collar put you off this training, I put it on myself regularly to show others I can't even feel it where my dogs work. Check out their video.
Carol C. replied:
Bark Busters is amazing! It's really training the humans which in turn trains the dog.
Kelly M. replied:
Fast Pup training was great for us and our poodle. Kate helped train our whole family and I love that it is lifetime training- when I had a question I just called and we chatted. If we need a refresher- she is happy to help us.

Gina Johnson, One Good Dog in Black Diamond is awesome for one-on-one and board-and-train. We used her for our pup and she did a tremendous job getting him started with life long skills. For classes, we have used Family Dog Center in Kent, Marsha was our trainer. They offer every kind of class, the run a well oiled machine, clean facility and excellent training. Two excellent, and very different kinds of options depending on your need.

Sounds like you have certain specific behavior(s) you want to address - my experience has been best one-on-one which is usually paid by the hour or day, depending on trainer. I have used Gina Johnson at One Good Dog in Black Diamond and she is awesome. Otherwise, Family Dog Training offers classes for a reasonable fee, and I think they may also offer private lessons. They are very responsive.
