Consider atlas orthogonal treatment. (the atlas is your top vertebrae) Sounds completely crazy, but painless, quick and not at all invasive, definitely natural, and worked like a miracle for 2 migraine people in my family. There are very few doctors who do this treatment in our state, and we are fortunate to have an excellent clinic nearby - Lake Meridian Chiropractic on Kent-Kangley at 132 nd (near the Trader joe's).
