I can't say enough about https://www.facebook.com/1514203945548455 Orangetheory Fitness Maple Valley!!! Amazing coaches including Kelsie Gunderson, Kelly Grossman, Christopher Margain and many more! The atmosphere is incredible and the people are the most encouraging! Worth every penny in my book!!!

I have been going to Orange Theory since September, it's great! You get a coach that motivates you, pushes you to the best version of yourself and is basically a personal trainer. Yes, it is costly but it's totally worth every penny. I think you can try one class free. It's not a gym where you can go during business hours and do you own thing, classes only.

If you have been through PT that many times you might want to consider Greg Fore at Rehab Options of Issaquah. I deal with a lot of PTs and he is the best and is goal driven and results oriented.

Try Banic Chiropractic in Issaquah! They're awesome. I know they do massage there, I bet they take insurance
Ashley P. replied:
I've been having same problem - my insurance only covers medical massage therapy of done by a PT or doctor -- haven't found a place yet. Most places just have licensed Massage therapist (LMTs) and my insurance won't accept that.
Cassandra W. replied:
Partain Chiropractic has a massage Therapist I believe accepts insurance.
Heather W. replied:
Babich Chiropractic in Kent does; you have to have a referral from your MD for your insurance to work for the massage.

https://www.facebook.com/1710946519176471Physical Therapy for Everybody! Amy is amazing and truly customizes her treatments for you and your pain/issues specifically (unlike some of the bigger institutions). I saw her after having wrist reconstruction and just had my one year follow appt with my surgeon. He was completely shocked that I have zero pain and as much range of motion as I do.
