Deborah Deweber in Kent has helped my daughter with her anxiety and depression. Kate Walker in Auburn comes highly recommended too. She should also contact Valley Medical and go through their intake line for counseling. Talking does help, also encourage some volunteer work and maybe work with her doctor to see if there is some medication that can help her as well.

My daughter went to Creative Arts Counseling in Renton she uses art check out the website. The pictures my daughter drew from when she started to now are pretty amazing quite a transformation. She loved it. Not sure about Apple Health but she does work on a sliding scale.
