Patriot Heating is the best you can find in this area for furnace, air conditioning and water heaters. They have helped us out on more than one occasion. They were knowledgeable, helpful and reasonably priced. They didn’t “over sell”.

UPDATE: I went with Complete Comfort Heating and A/C out of Kirkland. He actually lives in Maplevalley. Very nice and honest. I feel like he did NOT overcharge me. It was a bad igniter And it needed to be replaced. His name is Michael 425-518-5878. Thank you everyone for your referrals
