Does anyone know of any kids yoga classes in the area that are for ages 4+? I'd love to take my niece. I've only found classes for ages 7-11.

The JCC is starting Yoga for kids in the winter schedule, enrolling starting Monday. I think it's Thursdays, but you can check at jccns.org.

I teach kids yoga at Marblehead parenting. The winter session will be on Mondays at 10:30 and Wednesdays at 12:45 pm. Although it's not Yoga, Paula Shiff at Marblehead School of Ballet teaches a stretch & strength class on Wednesday's 6:15-7:30. She has tons of experience helping people with many different types of physical issues. Her teaching focuses on body alignment, I highly recommend it.

Marc St. Pierre at Yoga Sakti in Salem offers beginner yoga classes and offers extensive alignment coaching in his classes. My husband has 3 fused vertebrae and loves Marc's classes.

I second Paula Shift at Marblehead school of ballet. The stretch and strength class is great, and Paula is extremely knowledgeable about physical issues. She did great with my arthritis.

Yoga Loft is great! I love all their instructors, the classes are very different even though they're all vinyasa, the studio is so calming and cozy and the owners, Randy and Laurel, are super nice!
