Thank you everyone, so much, for all the input and suggestions. I'm afraid I do need something in town. It's painful for Sam to get in and out of the car, and the ride itself really upsets him, so the shorter the distance, the better. He's been to GVS - that's where he's been getting his epidurals, but unfortunately they've stopped working. And, they're also pretty far from us. I will check everyone else out though for sure - and thank you all again. Pet moms and dads are the best! (Richard Bicknell we use Village Vets - and our particular doc even makes housecalls - we absolutely love them - they've recommended acupuncture but its not a service they provide).

Dr. Kimberly Parker DVM, EDO. She is does not do acupuncture, but she gave 6 years to my cat who was sentenced to death by the surgeons. She is doing homeopathy, osteopathy, nutrition.
