I work on my feet in a restaurant and this happens to me too. I have found that it is usually caused by my lower back needing to be adjusted. Also, my wonderful chiropractor Dr. James Deegan adjusts my feet and ankles! Pure bliss! You should check him out. He is in Smyrna.
