Dr. Ehryn Cartwright is amazing! I can't say enough positive things about her and her office at Eyecare on the Square in the heart of Mariemont. We found her at the Eye Institute shortly after she opened her own practice and haven't looked back. She's a mom of two small boys so she was so great with our three kids. Dr. Susan Szmyd is AMAZING. My son was an incredibly difficult patient and she was wonderful. She’s bright, kind, patient and is very conservative in her approach.

Dr. Szmyd is who we go too and she is amazing!! So knowledgeable and very patient. We’ve also seen Dr. Burke and he is a very nice and great with kids but we personally like Dr. Szymd better!

Our daughter liked Dr Burke (Montgomery). She was elementary aged then, but he seemed like he could handle all ages

Dr. William Walker Motley III at Cincy Children's Hospital. My daughter was born with bilateral congenital cataracts. My ex husband and I were scared to death for her removal surgeries at 12 months. Dr. Motley came in on his DAY OFF and drew us pictures and explained exactly what was going to happen.

Miles Burke is widely considered the best in the region for pediatric ophthalmology. My daughter, nw 14, has been a patient of his for 12 years. 2 corrective eye surgeries later her outlook is amazing! Can't say enough good things about his rapport with the kids. He's an amazing man and doctor!

I took my daughter to Dr. Crawford and he was so thorough that he wanted to find something wrong with my daughters odd vision - one eye is much worse than the other - that he completely miss diagnosed her and scared her (she was 10) into thinking she might go blind.

We, too, have seen Dr. Crawford for years and have a high regard for him.

I'm a licensed optician, I do not recommend buying glasses online. We see too many problems caused by incorrect measurements, incorrect prescriptions, frames that don't fit etc..that's what I'm licensed to do. What insurance do you have? I work at Eye Care Optical in Montgomery (next door to Aglemesis) we take most vision insurances, have an optometrist on staff for exams, and have a HUGE selection of frames (I'm talking thousands). Please consider using a licensed optician to fill your prescription instead of a website who can't help you if you have a problem with your glasses once they're made. You only have 2 eyes!

I second Dr. Smyzd if it’s a serious issue. She did eye surgery on my youngest. If it’s just routine glasses and exams Dr. Crawford at Eye Care one is very calm, patient and thorough. My husband and I see him and my oldest (11) has seen him since she was 7.

Dr Hater with CEI just performed Cataract surgery on my Mom (78 yrs old) and she is amazed....Does not even need her bifocal glasses at all anymore. He talks very fast and you have to really listen but his work is fantastic! We went to the Maineville office and were extremely please.
