Mazatlan is very diverse and no one can be good at it all! Also ask their co-broke history (will they buyer broker and find you a listing that is not in house if needed?) Hope to hear from you. Jose Sarabia - I don't really 'have' a list. I know about Sabalo Country, and a bit about Centro, (I've heard it's loud, & break-ins common, but more opinions needed I think). I'm wondering about El Cid and the lesser heard of neighborhoods, like Los Pinos and whatever the area is east of the 'Stadium' road back of the malecon.
