Go to some of the bigger bike shows and rallies spend some time talking to the builders. Amazing what you can see if you look. Crooked lines on body work,front fenders rubbing tires, exposed wiring. You could go on for days. Also depends on your budget! You want every bolt coated? Stereo will eat up a lot. Paint varies all over the country. Go check out their shop. Is it clean, are your part going to go on someone else's bike? I've seen art Steele shop its carpeted from front to back and everything is clean and he builds some bad ass shit
