Everything over operating costs goes to a foundation that helps seed great companies like people who recycle glass to make counters, or decomposable water bottles, or helps home care workers create co-op for medical insurance. If flying, you can usually get good deals on flight-hotel-rental car combos. Don't miss the butterfly house while you are there, and Sunset on Mallory Square. Hopefully you will catch the crazy cat man's street show. He does a lion taming type act, but with house cats. It's great.
