I went to Enso Studio last winter as a complete yoga newbie and they were very helpful and accepting of my awkward attempts at the poses. They're in the borough on the west end of State St. I'd recommend them! (Plus the studio has a cool name...)

Bryn Mawr Running Co has runs Thursday evening out of their store. Delco Road Runners has lots of group runs through the week, Wednesday evenings they meet in Swarthmore at 6:30, that’s a great run with all different paces.
