Hello!
Looking for a structural/foundation contractor, licensed electrician and plumber to give free or very reasonable estimates on a fixer upper. Thank you!!
Wendy D. replied:
Hi Liz, see http://www.bretonelectric.com/ (I am the wife of the owner and the officer manager, etc.) We provide free estimates. If you are an Angie's List member, you can read a number of reviews of us on there. If not, we do have testimonials on our website.

I recommend Breton Electric. They were great. They were doing work on our house less than 24 after we signed the papers. We had Rob (Royal Contracting) do some structural work after we hired a structural engineer to specific repairs; he is great too.
Wendy D. replied:
Yes, we use and recommend Rob as well. http://www.royalrob.biz/

Anchor waterproofing did a great job for me at less than half of some quotes I got.

Waterproofing Inc. did my basement 2 years ago. I'm 100% satisfied with their work. I built a fully finished basement on top of the drain system they put in and haven't seen a hint of moisture. They put in 40' of trench drain around my basement perimeter, a window well drain, and a sump pump with battery backup for $3200. And they knocked it out in 6 hours. They were about half as expensive as the two other companies I talked to.
