I use a guy named Ruben. I hired him and his crew to lay sod and irrigation, built a deck and several other odd jobs around my house. He's not a licensed contractor but he's trustworthy. Don't have to worry about him casing your house or stealing from you. His English is okay and he has a guy named Javier that is really a nice kid that speaks perfect English and very good worker. Have plenty of soda available. Well I did. They won't ask for it but they graciously accept it if you offer. Tell Ruben that kathy referred you from the mobile home park. I found him to be extremely reasonable. Hope it works out for you too. 951-283-3615
