I would highly recommend Vinyl Window Broker. We ended up using the Hero program for financing so it was super simple. The phone number on our paperwork is 714-975-9020. We worked with someone local, but my husband talked with him so I don't have his direct cell. We did this two years ago and have been perfectly happy.

I've had windows repaired at two different places, My Garage in Redlands on Colton Ave and Exclusive Auto Repair in Yucaipa on Yucaipa Blvd. By far happier with Exclusive. They were only about $10 cheaper than My Garage, but they sent an employee to pick up the needed part immediately and repaired it within 1-1/2 hours. My Garage made me come back the next day so I had to make two trips instead of one and it still took 3 hours so I had to have someone follow me and drop off as well as take me back as they have no real place to wait. Exclusive has a very comfortable waiting area. Both are locally owned. My Garage is closed on Saturdays.

My 1998 Expedition window did not work took to Mark University on Chruch and Colton in Redlands. They did a wonderful job
