Copper, I've also heard Berryhill & Co. Is good. A little on the spendy side i think which makes it perfect for special occasions. Lol. When I worked for Vision, we had Berryhill & Co. cater the last Christmas party I attended. Granted I was 8 mo. preggo, but I remember the food being good and the presentation was nice. You know you have to let us all know what you decide now.
