Estates West is a nice mobile home park that let rv'ers rent lots. KOA is very expensive from what I've heard.
Trailer Village at the south rim in the national park has full hookups. It is usually fully booked well in advance, but keep checking the website as there are often cancellations. We scored 8 days there at the end of May just by checking a couple weeks in advance. http://www.visitgrandcanyon.com/trailer-village-rv-park/reservations

Another option, https://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/parks/lake-fairfax/camping. Closer to Metro than Bull Run and a whole lot cheaper than Cherry Hill. Downside is than unless you have a tow vehicle or a toad getting the several miles to the metro would be a pain.

I have an app that I put on my phone. It's called RV parking.com. This has a listing of camp grounds, state and national parks in and near where you are or going. Best app to have to locate camping. Also has comments from other campers

State Farm does not insure full timers...... at least not ones based out of Nevada. We have National General, went through Miller RV Insurance in Oregon. They are a broker and gave us a few quotes. Truck, fiver, camper and toad 2200 a year with full replacement. Progeessive also insures full timers.
