Ann Richardson whether it is a personal hotspot or mifi or aircard, a cellular solution is probably going to be your best, least expensive option. I would suggest checking out Technomadia's website (http://technomadia.com) for their extensive insight and also to do some serious shopping between cellular carriers to find the one best suited for your needs.

Checkout the Internet for RVers group and technomadia.com. They test a lot of the latest and greatest mobile internet and have a lot of information. I personally have T Mobile with their binge on feature that allows me to stream video from a lot of different sites without affecting my data allotment

Over the 9 years being in the road, Verizon MiFi/Hot Spot has worked for us.
