He was my landlord for over a year. I feel horrible he got stuck dealing with my loser roommate :(

Blackbird realty. Most of their staff is retired air force and they are the best rated property management companies in the area. Source: I rent from them and have not had a single problem dealing with them, they are always on top of anything I need.

Coldwell banker deals with mine. Not here in vegas but they were also the company I went through to purchase a home here so I'm sure it'll work out for you the same. They take 10% of rental price up to a max of $100/mo.
