My parents do this - contact complete contracting of maryland if you're looking for someone. Cannot vouch for prices as I am in Texas and have no clue about how they compare, but you're going to want to contact a few and ask for a quote, and that's what they will do for you. Good luck :)

We just had a consultation with Schwing Homes (schwing.org, heh) and the owner was pretty fabulous. We thought his numbers were very fair, though this was for a large renovation. If you call him, let him know the Williams family in Clarksville send you, and that we hope he's not dead from all the mold:)
